The Japanese Golden Era of boxing will shine brightly on July 20 at the Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo. Headlining the event is three-weight world champion and current WBC bantamweight titleholder, Junto Nakatani, as he faces mandatory challenger Vincent Astrolabio. The action-packed night also includes two world title fights. Four-weight world champion Kosei Tanaka will defend his WBO junior bantamweight title against Jonathan Rodriguez. Additionally, former world title challengers Riku Kano and Anthony Olascuaga will battle for the vacant WBO flyweight title. Adding to the excitement, popular bantamweight Tenshin Nasukawa will continue his rise, taking on Jonathan Rodriguez in a scheduled 10-round bout. The event will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
